about the miss strawberry Pageant

Who We Are:

A Multi-County scholarship fund for girls in the community. 

 For over 60 years, the Bradford-Union Miss Strawberry Pageant has supported young women in the community by offering scholarships, improving self-esteem & interview skills, and building lasting relationships throughout the process. We strive to inspire each group of contestants as they grow into our future community leaders. 
This year's event, which takes place Saturday, February 24, 2024 will be held in the Union County High School auditorium in Lake Butler, Florida. Tickets and program books are sold at the door. Adult tickets (ages 13 and up) are $10 and child tickets (ages 3 - 12) are $5; children 2 and under are free.  

The Strawberry Pageant's Executive Director:
Amanda Moore

Amanda resides in Alachua, Florida with her children, Avery (18) and Ashton (15). She is a graduate of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida. Amanda is also a teacher at Fort White Middle School, teaching Civics and US History. She reigned as Miss Bradford-Union Strawberry Queen in 2001.
